Group orders

Eleven people,
one cloth.

Group orders in this category fail on two things: a size spread nobody collected, and a date nobody checked against the mill. This form asks for both first.

A rough number is fine at this stage.

Italian numeric sizes, for example 2×46, 5×48, 3×50. Guesses are fine; we will send a measuring note you can forward.

The date they have to be in hand, not the date of the event.

Colour direction, whether the group is being measured, whether it has to sit under a particular suit.

The most common group order we take is a wedding party in one cloth with two collar shapes: a spread for whoever is wearing a tie, a band collar for whoever is not.

How it runs

You send the spread

Headcount, sizes as best you know them, the cloth and the date they have to be in hand. Rough numbers are fine — we send a one-page measuring note you can forward to the group.

We check the cloth

Before any price, we confirm that the cloth exists in that quantity, in those sizes, in time. Summer linens run out in April and pretending otherwise helps nobody.

A written quote

A single figure in US Dollar (USD), tax included, with the delivery date written into it. No deposit is taken until you accept it.

One parcel or many

Shipped to one address or to each person, at your choice. Everything in the order keeps the same statutory rights as a single purchase.

Group orders are made from catalogue garments in catalogue sizes. Because nothing is personalised to an individual, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full, exactly as it does to a single shirt.
