A tracking link is emailed when the parcel leaves. If tracking has not moved for three working days, write to us and we will chase the carrier — do not wait it out.

Duties and local tax

Prices include tax. For deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may charge import duty and local tax on arrival. Those charges are set by that country, are not collected by us, and are payable by the recipient. If a parcel is refused at that point and returned to us, we refund the goods but not the outbound shipping.

Worldwide, to every country listed in the checkout menu. If a country is not on that list we cannot currently reach it reliably, and we would rather say so than take an order we cannot fulfil.

We deliver to residential and business addresses. We do not deliver to poste restante or to freight-forwarding addresses, because neither lets us prove delivery.

1. Write to support@mcaabbigliamento.shop with your order reference and what you are sending back. You do not have to give a reason.
2. We reply the same or next business day with a return address and instructions.
3. Pack the shirt so it will not be damaged. The original packaging is ideal but not required, and a shirt that arrives creased is not a problem.
4. Send it with a tracked service and keep the receipt. Proof of dispatch is what releases the refund if the parcel is slow.
5. We inspect on arrival and refund within 14 days of being told you were returning it, by the same means you paid.

• Changed your mind, wrong size, not what you hoped: the return postage is yours. Typically $8–$18 tracked within the European Union, more from outside it. There is no restocking fee.
• Faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered: we pay. We send a prepaid label and you are never out of pocket.

We refund the standard outbound shipping as well as the goods. Where you paid for express, we refund the standard rate rather than the upgrade.

The fastest exchange is two transactions: order the size you want now, and return the one you have. That way the replacement is not waiting on a parcel in transit, and summer sizes go out of stock quickly.

If you would rather we hold the replacement, say so when you write in and we will reserve it for fourteen days.

Photograph the parcel before unpacking it any further, and send us the photograph the same day. Risk passes to you on delivery, but a parcel that was damaged in transit was not conforming when it reached you, and that is ours to fix.
