Article 2250 requires the subscribed capital to be distinguished from the amount actually paid up, and requires a single-shareholder company to publish that fact. Where a value above is marked as outstanding, it must be entered from the company’s visura before this shop takes its first order. Failing to publish sole-shareholder status makes the sole shareholder personally liable for the company’s debts; it is not a formality.

Woven summer shirts for adults — linen, linen-cotton and fine cotton — sold outright to consumers worldwide. There is no membership, no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind.

The activity is ordinary retail clothing. It is not a regulated activity and no sector authorisation applies to it. We do not sell to anyone under 13, and between 13 and 17 we require a parent or guardian’s agreement before shipping.

Every product page states two countries: where the cloth was woven, and where the garment was cut and sewn. Both are shown on every product without exception.

We make no claim of Italian manufacture anywhere on this site, in any form. Under Article 517 of the Criminal Code and Article 4(49) of Law 350/2003, a false indication of origin is a criminal matter in Italy, and an indirect suggestion of origin — through flags, maps, place names or Italian-language product names — is treated the same way as an explicit one.

We also make no environmental, health or functional claims. Nothing here is described as sustainable, antibacterial, protective against ultraviolet light, slimming, posture-correcting or wrinkle-free.

The photographs, drawings, text and layout of this site belong to the operating company. They may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Nothing sold here reproduces a third party’s trade mark, character, team, film, celebrity likeness or signature pattern, and no garment is a copy of another brand’s distinctive design. If you believe otherwise, write to support@mcaabbigliamento.shop with the detail and we will look at it.

Complaints go first to support@mcaabbigliamento.shop. Beyond that, and without prejudice to your right to go to court:

• unfair commercial practices may be reported to the AGCM, the Italian competition and market authority;
• data protection complaints may be made to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali;
• consumer disputes may be taken to mediation through the Camera di Commercio, or through the European online dispute resolution platform.
